    When I was told I have PCOS, thyroid disease, impaired glucose tolerance, I was in shock. These disorders caused me to gain a lot of weight. I tried everything, every sport, every exercise, but it was VERY difficult for me to reduce the weight, often leading to giving up easily due to no proper results!

    She analyzed my case very well, and then suggested me to start eating WHOLE-FOODS and provided me with an exercise routine as well that fit into my routine.
